California State Bar Licesne #196505
Leah is a Florida Gator who began her career over 20 years ago at the prestigious personal injury firm, Rose, Klein & Marias. There she learned how to take a Plaintiff case from the initial client meeting through discovery and trial by jury. Leah practiced Plaintiff personal injury law with an emphasis in wrongful death and catastrophic injuries until eventually she was recruited by outside counsel where she acted as National Coordinating Counsel for Kia Motors, specializing in wrongful death products liability cases involving roof crush, rollover and seat latch defects. Leah also served as Trial Counsel for a large Los Angeles based insurance defense firm with representative clients including American Airlines, Zurich lines of insurance, and professional liability defense of dentists, chiropractors and funeral home directors. Her passion for learning medicine and working with experts in various fields has given her the ability to try cases so as to educate the jury in the process, and break down the most complex cases so people can understand the issues and empathize with her clients. There are very few women trial lawyers. There are even fewer women litigators who are not afraid to be ladies in what is predominantly a man’s workforce. A persuasive orator and story-teller, Leah is well respected as a woman who is a great lawyer and member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA). Together with her husband, she uses her unique talents to tell her client’s story in court.
